Do You Take Pride in Your Work?

At Wingstop, we’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who care about doing things the right way. Our kitchen is built on quality, teamwork, and accountability. Every wing, every fry, and every order reflects our commitment to serving guests with excellence. We believe great food comes from people who work with urgency, support one another, and take pride in their craft. If you’re someone who enjoys staying busy, working as a team, and holding yourself to a high standard, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare fresh food following Wingstop recipes and operating standards.
Cook wings, fries, and sides with consistency and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
Work efficiently during busy periods without sacrificing quality.
Communicate effectively with your teammates.
Help ensure every order is hot, fresh, accurate, and served with care.

What We’re Looking For?

We’re looking for individuals who are:

Reliable and punctual.
Hardworking and motivated.
Positive and team-oriented.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Committed to cleanliness and food safety.
Willing to learn, grow, and accept coaching.
Passionate about delivering quality food every shift.

Our Culture:

We hire people with character and develop them through training, coaching, and opportunity. Our team is built on trust, accountability, respect, and a commitment to excellence. We recognize hard work, support one another, and believe that every team member has the ability to grow into a leadership role. If you’re looking for more than just a job—if you want to be part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and personal growth—you’ll fit right in.

Why Join Our Team?

Flexible scheduling.
Performance bonuses.
Paid training.
Advancement opportunities.
Promote-from-within culture.
Positive and supportive work environment.

Many of our leaders started as Team Members. We believe in investing in people who are committed to growing with us.

No Experience? No Problem.

Restaurant experience is a plus—but it’s not required. We can teach you how to cook. We can’t teach someone to care. If you bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Our Standard:

Every Wing. Every Fry. Every Order. Done Right. Apply today and become part of a team that takes pride in quality, supports one another, and is committed to excellence.

Please apply only if you’re excited to work in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and are committed to being a dependable member of the team.
