Late Night Closing Team Member- Trusted to Finish Strong

8:00 PM – 2:00 AM
8:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Starting Pay:

$14/hour starting pay.

Closing Is One of the Most Important Positions in Our Restaurant.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who understand that the final hours of the day set the team up for success tomorrow.

Closing isn’t just cleaning.
It’s protecting food safety.
It’s protecting our guests.
It’s protecting our restaurant’s reputation.

Every night, our closing team prepares the restaurant to meet Wingstop standards, corporate expectations, and health department requirements. The quality of your work directly impacts the success of the next shift.

If you’re someone who takes pride in leaving things better than you found them, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding guest service until the final order is served.
Maintain urgency while delivering quality during the busiest part of the evening.
Clean, sanitize, and organize the restaurant to Wingstop standards.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department procedures.
Complete all closing duties accurately and thoroughly.
Help prepare the restaurant for a successful opening shift.
Work as a team to ensure every area is completed correctly before leaving.

Who We’re Looking For?

We’re looking for individuals who are:

Reliable and punctual.
Hardworking and self-motivated.
Detail-oriented.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to accept coaching and continue learning.
Committed to doing the job right—even when no one is watching.
Proud of the work they leave behind.

Our Culture:

We hire people with character and develop them through training, coaching, and opportunity. Our team is built on trust, accountability, respect, and a commitment to excellence. Closing is a position of trust. Every member of our closing team is responsible for protecting food safety, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the restaurant is prepared to successfully pass corporate and health department inspections. We don’t believe in cutting corners. We believe in doing the job right.

Why Join Our Team?

Flexible scheduling.
Performance bonuses.
Paid training.
Opportunities for advancement.
Promote-from-within culture.
Positive and supportive team environment.

Many of our leaders started as Team Members. We believe in investing in people who consistently demonstrate responsibility, integrity, and leadership.

No Experience? No Problem.

Restaurant experience is a plus—but it’s not required.

We can teach procedures. We can’t teach pride, accountability, or integrity. If you’re dependable, motivated, and willing to work hard, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Our Standard:

The last shift of the day sets the tone for the first shift tomorrow.
Every detail matters.
Every checklist matters.
Every night matters.

This position is best suited for individuals who take pride in finishing what they start and understand that excellence is measured by the details no one else sees.

If you’re looking for more than just a late-night job—if you’re looking for a team that values responsibility, quality, and doing things the right way—we’d love to meet you.
